Who we are

This website belongs to Restaurant Nusantara, part of the Locavore Group, at Jl. Dewisita No.09C, Ubud, Bali 80571. For anything about your data, write to reservations@restaurantnusantara.com or call +62 361 972973. We are the controller for the little this site collects.

Browsing this site

You can read everything here without giving us anything. There are no accounts and no forms, and we set no cookies until you have answered the cookie banner. The one thing the site keeps in your browser is that answer itself — stored locally, never sent to us, so we do not have to ask on every page.

Analytics, only if you accept

If you accept cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used — pages opened, clicks, scrolling and pointer movement, with your approximate location, browser and screen size. Microsoft processes this on our behalf, on their own infrastructure, which may be outside your country — for analytics only: we refuse the advertising use their tag would otherwise allow, so nothing here follows you to other sites. We use it to improve the site; we never sell it and never use it to identify you. Decline and none of it loads.

These two, both on our own domain, are everything accepting sets — measured from a real session, not taken from documentation.

Reservations

Booking a table happens on Revasi, a reservations service with its own privacy policy. Our Reserve buttons simply take you there — no booking details pass through this website.

Writing or calling us

If you email or call, we use your details to reply and keep the exchange no longer than the conversation needs. Our social links simply take you to Instagram and Facebook, where their own terms apply.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, and withdraw consent at any time — write to reservations@restaurantnusantara.com and we will respond. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If what we collect ever changes, this page changes with it, the date above moves, and where it concerns cookies the banner will ask you again rather than assume.
