Cooking Class
Every Wednesday to Sunday, our Head Chef Putu or his Sous Chef Eka teaches the craft of authentic Indonesian dishes. The class starts with a visit to a traditional market. Itinerary and menu can be customised, whether it’s for yourself or as a gift for someone else.

Good to Know
Prices
Prices are quoted per person in rupiah. Government tax and service charge are added to the bill.
Group Size
The private room seats twelve comfortably and eight generously. Larger parties can be seated in the main dining room on the same menu.
Dietary Requests
We'd be happy to work around allergies and any dietary needs, vegetarian tables included, with a 48 hours notice in advance. Tell us when you book rather than on the night.

Cooking class
Our Cooking Class happens every Wednesday to Sunday, where our chef teaches the craft of Indonesian cooking, starting with a trip to the traditional market to pick your own ingredients and then cook them yourself at Nusantara. The itinerary and menu can be customised to provide a personal experience, whether it's for yourself or as a special gift for someone else.
